ORGANIZATION PROFILE

VHA's Philosophy

1. We believe in the dignity of each human being.
2. Everyone has the ability to recover from dependence on alcohol and other drugs.
3. Dependence on alcohol and other drugs results from a disease that is chronic,
progressive, and potentially fatal if left untreated.
4. As an organization, we have a duty and responsibility to provide opportunities
for those we serve to progress in their recovery from dependence on alcohol
    and other drugs.
5. We uphold these values of integrity and quality in all that we do.
